Gaby Köllmann a friend of mine told
me about a birthday-swap she is participating at. The swap is based on framed-canvas with the smallest available size: 10x10 cm! Cute isn´t it? The birthday-person chooses her color-scheme. And the framed-canvas will be decorated with fabric elements and/or mixed media. The idea is really nice, and it is certainly a wonderful thing to get so many little wonderful works on one´s special day! Gaby had another surprise for me, she made one in my favorite colors: browns and used also my favorite motif: the spiral. Just wonderful! Another quilter also surprised me for my birthday in 2007. I´d like to show them to you, just because they are so beautiful! They are enlightening my studio! |
